We put AI to work.
Practical AI and automation that solve real operating problems — from strategy and evaluation to working systems. Hands-on, and measured by business outcomes.
The three services are ways to get started. When the plan calls for a build, we design and implement it — and stay involved as long as it's useful.
01Custom AI applications & assistantsPurpose-built tools for the work your team repeats.
02Business workflow automationHand-offs, approvals, and data entry that run without the copy-paste.
03AI agent developmentBounded agents with clear tasks, guardrails, and a human in the loop.
04Systems integrationConnect the tools you already pay for so they share data.
05AI governance & optimizationOwnership, oversight, evaluation, and cost control for what's deployed.
06Fractional technology & product leadershipSenior direction on a scoped, part-time basis.
Manual workflowInvoices arrive by email and are keyed in by hand.
Someone opens each one, retypes the fields, codes it, and chases approvals.
AI-assisted workflowFields are extracted, coded, and routed automatically.
A person reviews only the exceptions the system flags.
Business outcomeFaster close, fewer errors, hours back to the team.
Measured against the baseline you had before — not a vendor's promise.
Illustrative example of an implementation — not a client result.
Founder-led
You work with the person doing the thinking — and the building.
TokenWorx is founder-led. You work directly with Adam Azad, who brings 16+ years in enterprise technology, product delivery, business transformation, and regulated financial services — and hands-on experience building AI systems, workflow automation, and agentic applications.
"The gap between AI's potential and real operational value is where most of the money is being wasted. TokenWorx exists to close it."

How it works
Four steps. Every time.
Same shape whether it's a two-hour workshop or a multi-month build. The deliverable changes; the discipline doesn't.
01
Discover
Understand the business problem — not the technology wishlist.
02
Design
Scope the right solution, sized to the outcome and nothing more.
03
Implement
Put the solution to work, hands-on, inside your systems.
04
Improve
Measure against the result you can see in your operation. Refine.
Before you reach out
Questions people ask first.
Do I need AI experience?
No. The Workshop assumes nothing beyond curiosity and a few workflows that eat time. The Audit assumes you've already deployed something.
Do you build solutions or only provide advice?
Both. The three starting services produce findings and a plan. When the plan calls for a build, we design and implement it — custom applications, automation, agents, and integrations.
What is an AI effectiveness audit?
A one-week business and technical review of one AI implementation: its value, reliability, cost, and risk. It ends in prioritized findings and a clear keep, improve, replace, or retire recommendation. It is not a cybersecurity audit.
What does an engagement cost?
Each engagement is scoped and quoted before work begins, so you know the price up front. Tell us what you're working on and we'll propose a scope.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. TokenWorx is based in Frisco, Texas and works remotely with clients nationwide. On-site sessions in the Dallas–Fort Worth area can be arranged when they help.
What happens after I contact you?
We read your note, follow up with a few questions if needed, and propose a scoped engagement. No obligation — if it isn't a fit, we'll say so.

A short note is plenty — what you're trying to improve, and where it hurts today. We'll follow up by email to talk it through.
